Newark Cross Country Invitational

This is the entry page for the Newark Cross Country Invitational to be held at the Evans Athletic Complex, Saturday, September 17, 2011.

Entries are due on or before noon, Friday, September 9, 2011. Follow the steps below to complete your entry. Please do not send a spreadsheet that you have created.

1. Click the link below titled "entry form"
2. Save the form to your hard drive. Do not open from this page
3. The form is a Microsoft excel spreadsheet
4. When you open the file on your hard drive you will see the column headings: last name, first name, gender, school, school year.
5. You will fill in the columns with the information for your team (please include all runners on your team). It is not necessary that we know what race they will be running.
6. You can put both genders on one spreadsheet, but please use M for male and F for female in the gender column
7. At the top of the spreadsheet you are told that the form you are viewing is either for high school or middle school. at the bottom of the spreadsheet there are two tabs. Click the tab for high school or middle school to record your entries.
8. When finished save the document and email, as an attachment, to newark@onthemarktiming.com
9. please put your school name in the subject line
10. you will receive an email confirmation of your entries.

12. If you do not have excel please send me an email with the following information. Last Name, First Name, Gender, School. Please seperate information with a comma and place each athletes information on a seperate line. If you are typing a document and sending it as an attachment please use MS Word, notepad or simpletext for a mac. Other word processing programs are sometimes difficult to open.
